– Experience in managing a fast paced, high volume kitchen
– Experience in ordering, inventory, and creating and implementing systems in the kitchen.
– Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team, whether giving or taking direction.
– Experience with expediting on the line, strong sense of urgency and a commitment to quality control.
– A “lead by example” mentality, and hard working mindset.
